Lifeblock Rules

I recently installed Leechblock on Firefox so that I may better stay Highly Focused at all times and I am totally digging it. I’ve got it set so that Monday-Friday I get 10 minutes per hour on tumblr, livejournal, google reader, flickr, goodreads, facebook and twitter TOGETHER. Thumbs up.
But now with less internet time to distract me from the pain of life, I’m noticing all these other situations in my life that I wish I could apply Leechblock rules to. E.g.:
- No more than 5 minutes/night spent lying awake unable to sleep because I’m obsessing over stupid awkward shit from grades K-12
- Only 1 minute/week to Google people I’m not friends with any more
- Only 3 minutes/week for eating dairy
- At any given restaurant, no more than 3 minutes to look at a menu and decide what I want to eat
- Only allowed to walk down the candy aisle at Walgreen’s once/month
- No thinking about turning around and going through the drive-thru for the 5 minutes after I drive past a Dunkin Donuts
What else.
